Voyce is all about making things simple and easy by focusing on doing the basics well and removing all the fluff. We explore three small usability improvements we made in November 2023 that help to make Voyce easier to use as a feedback-gathering and problem-solving tool.
Design thinking is all about collaboration, and making it easy to share insights, problems, and solutions with your teammates is essential. We've improved the Share modal to make inviting new team members and sharing specific cards much easier.
When you're reviewing feedback from your customers, it's helpful to see the 'magic question' that prompted their response. We've added this to the Voyce Feedback list, making it easier to understand the context of each piece of feedback.
To help you stay on top of incoming feedback, we've added a counter to your workspace card showing the number of Voyce Feedback submissions. This makes it easy to see at a glance when new feedback has arrived.
These small improvements add up to make Voyce a more intuitive and powerful tool for gathering feedback and solving problems. As always, we're committed to keeping things simple and focused on what matters most.
